Ticket Voucher Required
Patrons are reminded that this is a General Admission Concert. For this GA show ticket holders received a voucher at the time of purchase which is non-transferable. Please be sure to bring your ticket voucher with you on the night of the show along with your photo ID. You will not be admitted without both, and your entire group must enter at the same time.

Plastic Free Hawaii
Free water will be available on-site in an effort to reduce single-use plastic water bottles. Please bring your own empty reusable water bottle to fill up at the water stations or reuse the biodegradable cups provided at the show.
Public Transport
Due to the hours of the concert, bus transportation is not an option.
Parking
Parking is complimentary at the theatre. Parking spaces are available in several open lots around the theatre. There is no covered parking at the theatre.
Prohibited items
The theatre is a smoke-free environment.
Alcohol is not permitted into the theatre.
Glass, cans or metal containers are not permitted into the theatre.
Commercial or homemade food are not permitted into the theatre.
The theatre will be selling light snacks, in addition to juices, sodas, coffee and tea.

Your Ticket Supports the Environment
All net proceeds earned through Platinum and Premium ticketing programs will be donated to the Johnson Ohana Foundation to support All At Once Non-Profit Partners in communities near each concert. In addition, $2 from every ticket will support the environment, with half being directed to carbon offset projects and half going to support local All At Once Non-Profit Partners. Fans can opt-in to make an additional donation to the Johnson Ohana Foundation to support environmental projects, plastic free initiatives, and food security efforts of the All At Once Non-Profit Partners.
